Allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether

Allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (ethoxylated allyl alcohol / allyl polyether polyol) is a copolymer of allyl alcohol and ethylene oxide. It is a high performance polyether modified silicone material. And it is a high performance nonionic surfactant widely used in coatings, adhesives, textiles, chemical formulations and other fields.

Allyl polyether polyol has excellent emulsifying, wetting, and dispersing properties so that it can be an important ingredient in many applications. It is very soluble in water and organic solvents and it has good compatibility with a wide range of formulations.

Properties:

1.  Water and solvent solubility: It is very soluble in water, alcohol, and organic solvents to help formulation more flexibile.

2.  Wetting and dispersing properties: It can reduce surface tension to make the coatings and adhesives has better spreadability and uniformity.

3.  Chemical and thermal stability: The final product has long-term performance.

4.  Low volatility: It is suitable for high-temperature and long-time use.

5.  Emulsifying properties: Allyl polyether polyol can improve the consistency of formulations and improve the stability of the oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions;

6.  Other applications: it can be used as a surfactant, dispersant, emulsifier, and wetting agent in many industries.

Application:

1.  Coating: Allyl polyether polyol can improve the dispersion, adhesion and reduce the foam to make the coating become more durable and smooth.

2.  Lubricants and Industrial Fluids:It is used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in metalworking fluids, cutting oils, and hydraulic fluids.

3.  Polymer modification: It can be used to modify the polymer to improve the mechanical strength and flexibility. It is a reactive surfactant in polymerization reactions.

4.  Textile and Leather Processing: It can be used as wetting agent and leveling agent to improve the dye penetration and fabric treatment to enhance softening and finishing processes in textile.

5.  Cosmetics: It is used to improve the ductile of the lotion, shampoo, etc.

6.  Agrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals: It is used to improves the dispersion and solubility of the active ingredients in pesticides and fertilizers.
